Prior to meeting with us for Notary Services, please ensure you:

1. Have one government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, permanent resident card, driver’s licence) or two government-issued non-photo identification (e.g. SIN card, birth certificate)

2. Have unsigned copies of the documents requiring signature

3. For certified true copies – have the original documents as well as clear photocopies

4. Have a witness available if your document requires a witness other than the Notary Public.
